Nanny Placement Process

MJs Nanny Agency understands how important finding a safe, part-of-the-family atmosphere is to a Nanny. Let us connect you to the perfect family!

Requirements to be referred by MJs Nanny Agency Nanny​

  1. At least two years of professional childcare experience, outside of family

  2. CPR and First Aid certified

  3. Have reliable transportation and car insurance

  4. Consent to pass a background check

  5. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  6. At least 3 child-care related references

  7. Must be able to write and speak fluent English

  8. There are no fees to become registered with MJs Nanny Agency

  9. All applicants applying for full or part time positions are required to have an up-to-date resume. We also strongly encourage Nannies to have a Nanny portfolio

How to connect with families:

  1. Fill out our Nanny candidate application

  2. Once the application has been submitted and reviewed, we will then set up a virtual interview with us

  3. Reference and past employment verification and background check will be performed

  4. Once the screening process is complete, you will be contacted with further information to be connected to a family
