My name is Jennifer Frantz.

Working as a certified professional nanny for over 20 years coupled with my own experiences as a mother has equipped me with valuable insights on many levels.

I have had many rewarding and challenging experiences as both a professional nanny and as a working mother seeking childcare for my own children.

After spending so many years contributing my time and efforts to many families in their growth, nurturing, and understanding, I came to the realization that there are not many nanny agencies out there who truly understand what it takes to create a thriving placement.

MJs Nanny Agency was born out of my personal passion to fill the gap and create a nanny placement agency that truly understand the ins and outs of the nanny/family dynamic!
